I loved the Ski & Board Fitness classes! The work outs were designed specifically for the muscles we use for the slopes (and not necessarily anything else) and I am now feeling prepared for the season. Michelle also makes exercise fun so in between the heavy breathing there were some good laughs.

To achieve this, it is important to focus on a mind before body transformation to develop new nutritional habits that will lead you to making a complete transformation with lifelong sustainable practices. No fad diets here!

We assess your current fitness level and develop a customized workout routine that delivers a highly effective and efficient process of building muscle and burning fat while improving your cardio-vascular health, with your very own accountability partner every step of the way.

Terms & Conditions

  • All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Payment due in full prior to commencing.
  • Live online and in-person fitness classes are 30 minute sessions.
  • Private training sessions are 45 minutes.
  • Class passes cannot be paused unless a medical certificate is provided.
  • No lock in contracts. Cancel anytime with 14 days notice on the Weekly Plan.
  • Weekly plan is entitled to a maximin 3 week holiday pause per 12 months.
  • All participants are required to fill out health screening & waiver forms prior to your first class/workout.
