Pre-ski exercises & stretches help prepare your muscles, joints, & ligaments for the stresses & strains of skiing & boarding, reducing the risk of common skiing-related injuries such as sprains, strains, and tears.
Warming up and stretching can enhance your skiing & boarding performance by increasing muscle flexibility and strength, allowing for better control and maneuverability on the slopes.
Warm-up exercises activate the specific muscle groups used in skiing & boarding, ensuring they are ready for action, which can improve your technique and control as well as your day.
A proper warm-up can enhance your nervous system's responsiveness, helping you react more quickly to changing conditions and obstacles while skiing & boarding.
