what is bootcamp?

These classes will cover the necessary components for a comprehensive workout. The bootcamp workout consists of cardiovascular conditioning (running or walking, plyometrics), strength training (weights, stability balls, resistance bands, medicine balls, sliders, kettle bells) and stretching.


* Dress in layers, you will warm up fast. Bring a water bottle and wear appropriate footwear.
