Northern Lights Athletics fitness started in a park with one mat. Today we are known for our signature black light classes geared towards women's health and fitness. We are located in Garden City, GA.

Our variety of classes contributes to quality health programs around our Functional, Strength, Aerobic, and many other Group Exercise classes.
