Ellen has been involved with fitness and nutrition in one way or another for over 20 years including competing in body building competitions in college, running marathons, teaching indoor cycling classes, and co-owning a CrossFit gym. She is a former middle school math and science teacher, wife, and mom to three busy kids and is excited to share her passion and knowledge of real food nutrition and fitness to help others reach their goals and live the healthiest life they can.
