I'm Tierney — a sleep health advocate, physiotherapist, and mom on a mission to help high-performing women reclaim deep, restful sleep… and with it, their energy, clarity, and joy.
Like many of my clients, I thought exhaustion was just part of the job — of motherhood, of ambition, of life. But after having my second child and struggling with relentless fatigue, brain fog, and anxiety, I knew something wasn’t right. It wasn’t until I realized I had Upper Airway Resistance Syndrome (UARS) that the pieces finally clicked. What I thought was “just stress” or “postnatal burnout” turned out to be a form of sleep-disordered breathing that was silently draining my health. And once I addressed it, everything changed.
Now, I help others do the same — combining clinical insight, lived experience, and a whole lot of heart to guide people back to the kind of sleep that fuels vibrant, energetic, long lives. Whether I’m working with patients in-clinic, coaching clients 1:1, or sharing resources, I bring a mix of science-backed tools, humor, and real talk to the table — because sleep isn’t a luxury.
