Tracey is Founder of FitWalk, LLC and provides wellness services to corporations, educational facilities, individuals and small groups in the Westchester County, NY area. These services include weight management, fitness and nutritional guidance and spiritual well-being.


Well versed in Pilates, Yoga and Cycling, Tracey also teaches a Physical Education course at Sarah Lawrence College. Tracey is actively involved in the design of in-curriculum and after-school yoga programs at local Westchester County schools. She also offers one-on-one and small group training programs specially designed to meet your goals.
