Session enrollment is offered in three structured sessions each year. Each session requires a separate registration and financial commitment

School Year Enrollment Program


Our School Year Enrollment Program is designed for athletes who are committed to consistent training throughout the school year. This program offers discounted tuition, priority placement, and flexibility for competition athletes in exchange for a full school-year commitment.




August – December Session

Registration opens: June 15


January – May Session:

Registration opens: Black Friday


Enrollment in one session does not automatically carry over into another session.

























































  • Tuition is based on the full session, not monthly attendance
  • Families are paying for a reserved class spot
  • Enrollment is a commitment to the entire session
  • No refunds, credits, or prorated tuition for missed classes or withdrawal

Tuition & Commitment (Session Program)

Sessions & Registration Dates:

  • Standard session tuition is structured on a six-month payment plan when registration is completed during the designated enrollment period.
  • Families who miss the enrollment date and register late will no longer qualify for the six-month payment plan.

Payment Plans & Late Registration

  • :Tuition will be compressed into a five-month payment plan
  • Monthly payments will be slightly higher to ensure full tuition is completed by the end of the session
  • Total session tuition does not change
  • Payment plan adjustments are determined by Northern Lights Athletics and are not negotiable.

Attendance & Competition Conflicts (Session Program)

  • Northern Lights Athletics does not offer general makeup classes
  • If an athlete misses class due to a game or competition, they may attend a different class during the same week, based on availability
  • Personal scheduling conflicts are not eligible for alternate classes.

Annual Tumbling Showcase – Automatic Enrollment

Athletes enrolled in the August–December Program are automatically enrolled in our Annual March Tumbling Showcase.




Includes athlete uniform and trophy

Showcase fee is automatically drafted on October 15th



Families who do not wish to participate must email the front office before October 15th

Opt-out requests must be submitted in writing (email only)



Once the showcase fee processes on October 15th, no refunds will be issued for any reason

What School Year Enrollment Includes

Commitment & Tuition Responsibility

  • School Year Enrollment is spot-based, not attendance-based.
  • Tuition reserves a specific class spot for the athlete for the entire school year.
  • Monthly payments are required regardless of attendance.

Attendance & Competition Conflicts

Tuition is not reduced, paused, or refunded due to:

We understand that many athletes train with us to support their competition teams.


If an athlete’s regularly scheduled class conflicts with a verified game or competition, they may attend a different class during the same week, based on availability.


This flexibility is offered only for competition or game conflicts and does not apply to personal scheduling conflicts.
