Hello everyone, I had so much emotions yesterday. While I was walking in the morning, I was thinking to share my feeling with everyone. I had a back surgery on November 1 2019. I was on the floor for almost 4 months and in such a bad pain, I was bending over. And when I was looking myself in the mirror all I could was crying. After I had a surgery with the best doctor, Dr. Justin Field.  He told me after this you need to start working out slowly by slowly and have your strengths back.  After Covid-19 hit, I was walking in a park by my house everyday. CORY SCHIDLER

Cory Schidler is a certified personal trainer and owner of Core Fitness AZ in Scottsdale AZ. Cory earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where he majored in Exercise Science. He is certified by the American Council on Exercise as a Certified Behavior Change Coach, a Certified Personal Trainer, and by the Titleist Performance Institute as a Certified Golf Fitness Instructor. Cory served his Country as a soldier in the United States Army (Combat Medic) and an Airman in the United States Air Force (Med Tech). He is retired at 20 years of service. Cory has over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry and has held various positions that include: gym owner, fitness director, personal trainer, fitness instructor, and Nautilus instructor. He works with a variety of clients and can adjust programs for anyone who is motivated to improve oneself. He is married to his beautiful wife Kelli and has two beautiful daughters. He also enjoys riding his mountain bike with his friends, playing golf, and of course working out.
