and feeling as though you are not good enough or worthy of lasting change.

I will guide you through understanding emotional eating and how it differs from physical hunger. We will uncover common triggers and patterns—such as stress, boredom, and loneliness—that may be influencing your eating habits. You will also learn why measurements are essential for tracking progress and making informed decisions on your journey.
You will learn the difference between emotional hunger and physical hunger, helping you make more mindful choices. I will introduce practical mindful eating techniques and show you how to recognise the impact of different foods on your emotions. Plus, you will discover simple yet effective tips for managing hunger cues, such as brushing your teeth or chewing gum, to help you stay in control of your eating habits.
I will take you through common emotional triggers and how to interrupt the emotional eating pattern before it takes over. We will explore alternative ways to cope with emotions, such as breathwork, meditation, and journaling, to help you regain control. Plus, we will debunk common myths and misconceptions around emotional eating, so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
I will take you through the process of removing guilt and shame around food, showing you why these feelings can be more harmful than the food itself. Through real client success stories, you will see how it’s possible to use food as fuel while still enjoying the foods you love. We will explore the importance of moderation and shifting your perspective on food, so you can create a balanced, guilt-free relationship with eating.
On our final day, we will start setting the foundation for lasting transformation. You will reflect on the progress you've made and focus on solidifying the new habits you've developed. We will create a clear plan to help you maintain momentum, stay on track, and continue your journey toward sustainable success and growth.
