Why Understanding Your Genetics (and not Dieting) is the key to Fast, Effective, and Permanent Weight Loss

Can Genetics Help With Weight Loss?

Anyone who has tried to lose weight will know how profoundly difficult it can be. It’s not as easy as going on a diet or sweating out in the gym.

If you’ve tried these things then you’ll know what I'm talking about.

In fact, this is the part of the reason why so many people are struggling with weight loss.

They work their butts off and still find weight loss impossible.

Yes, they might get some results.

They might lose a pound or two here or there.

But the fact is that most people never achieve their ultimate goal weight.

It’s rare that people lose ALL of the weight and have a total body transformation that lasts a lifetime.

Not only that, attaining these temporary results is an incredible struggle, and also totally unsustainable.

It’s almost impossible to maintain a strict diet for the rest of your life, and most people eventually crack under the pressure (which ironically leads to greater weight gain).

But it was this burning desire to help women struggling with their weight that allowed me to uncover a NEW Scientific breakthrough, that allowed me to see why so many women are struggling.

You see, over the last 20 years there have been incredible advances in the study of DNA and genetics.

What these scientists have discovered is that there is a lot more to slimming down than simply dieting.

DNA forms the building blocks of ALL life.

It’s like a recipe book of information which is passed down from your parents to you.

This genetic code is responsible for every single part of your body.

It determines everything about you, from your eye color, to your hair color, and certain chronic diseases.

And scientists are now uncovering it plays a role in how your body responds to nutrition AND exercise!

But here’s the thing: MILLIONS of people are already doing this and not getting anywhere.

Like Your UNIQUE

GENETIC BLUEPRINT!

According to the US Center for Disease Control (CDC)

49.3 percent of people aged 20 and say they've tried to lose weight in the last 12 months.

If dieting were easy, we'd all be in the best shape of our life!

And there would be no need for personal trainers or nutrition coaches.

The point is that most people who go on diets do not get the results they want.

Yes, they may lose a small amount of weight, but it’s rarely the total body transformation that you’re looking for.

This is part of the reason why so many people frequently switch between diets.

They try something for a month or two, and then change things up and start another so called, “miracle” diet.

Even worse, they give up entirely, go back to their old eating habits, and then start another diet.

In case you don’t know, this is called yo-yo dieting, and studies have shown it is the exact formula for weight gain.

I know because it used to be me. I weighed in at a whopping 206 pounds!

Even though I lost 80 pounds, and was an Emergency Room RN, I still fell into the trap of yo yo dieting.

That's how I gained 35 pounds and my son ended up with high cholesterol.

After losing the weight and competing in a bodybuilding competitions, I became a certified personal trainer, nutrition, weight loss, & DNA specialist to help women avoid the trap of yo-yo dieting.

So many woman put in so much energy into losing weight and still don't see the results they deserve.  Knowing the struggle myself,  I committed to helping 1,000,000 women get in the best shape of their life for good!

You see, most of what we are told to do to lose weight revolves around food and exercise.

Our society believes that it’s simply a matter of:

  • Eating the right foods
  • Maintaining a calorie deficiently
  • Attending the gym regularly

This is just common sense, right?

Here’s a good example of this: the LCT gene codes for the enzyme lactase.

This enzyme breaks down lactose contained in milk, and this is what allows you to consume dairy products.

If your genetic code does not contain this gene, then you basically cannot consume dairy, and are what’s known as, “lactose intolerant.”

Not only that, drinking milk could actually lead to nasty side effects.

What you have to do instead is learn what works for how YOUR BODY actually works.

This can help you avoid the frustration and failure which usually comes with dieting.

What’s more, when you learn to work with your body instead of against it, you’ll finally achieve the healthy, sustainable, and desirable body you’re after.

The ultimate thing to understand is that we’re all different.

This means you cannot rely on generic fitness and nutrition plans.

Each of us has unique bodies with unique needs when it comes to the food we eat and the type of exercise that will help us lose weight and build muscle.

This isn’t a fad, or another trendy diet.

It’s cold, hard science...

I put together this FREE eBook so you can discover:

This is why the science of DNA is so important when trying to lose weight.

According to Harvard Health, genes can account for any where between 25%- 80% of your ability to gain weight.

This can contribute to why dieting doesn’t work and why so many people fail.

It’s not because of YOU, it may be your GENES.

Your genes can determine how your body process fats, proteins, and carbs as well as how your body responds to certain exercises like cardio, strength training, and HIIT.

This is the reason why there’s so much conflicting information, failure, and guess work.

What you have to do instead is learn what works for how YOUR BODY actually works.
