Hey gorgeous, I’m Sgt. Cyndi, (54 Yrs. old) your coach, your cheerleader, and the woman who totally gets what it’s like to hit your 50s and realize it’s your turn.
I wasn’t always fit or fabulous. I was a young mom who worked multiple jobs, put everyone else first, and lived in survival mode way too long. I lost my mom at 54, and it rocked me. That moment made me stop and ask, what do I really want for my life?
In my 40s, I started making changes. In my 50s, I found my fire. I created this program because I know how it feels to want energy, confidence, and control over your health, but not know where to start.

How long is the program?
42 days. That’s 6 weeks of building strength, losing fluff, and feeling fabulous, without feeling like you’ve joined the fitness military (even if my nickname is Sgt. Cyndi 😉).
Do I need to be in shape to start?
Absolutely not. If you can breathe and show up, and willing to put in the work you’re in. We start where you are and build you up so you feel stronger, more confident, and like you’ve got your mojo back. Every move is modifiable, so whether you’re brand-new or coming back after a break, you’ll have options that fit you. If you're not sure just put it in the community or send me a message in your private client portal
What equipment do I need?
A pair of dumbbells, a resistance band and a mat will do the trick. No dungeon-style home gym required. Or you can stick with the Time Crunch Workouts and use your body weight.
I’ve got cranky knees/shoulders/back, am I doomed?
Nope. Everything can be modified so you can still get results without making anything worse. We work with your body, not against it. If you're not sure just put it in the community or send me a message in your private client portal
How much time will I need?
Workouts are short and efficient, 20–30 minutes, 3–5 times a week. Recipes are quick, especially with meal prep. You’ll still have time for grandkid snuggles, Netflix binges, and a square of dark chocolate you don't have to share.
What if I get stuck?
Then you have the option to call in Sgt. Cyndi, make an appointment for a personal coaching call if you need me to march you through a tough spot. Plus you’ll have daily support through emails, texts, your personal client portal where you can message me, access your resources and track your progress, and don't forget the Fit & Fabulous 50's community! We don't leave you hanging!
When will I start seeing changes?
Most clients feel changes (more energy, better strength, improved sleep & mood) within the first couple of weeks. Visible changes vary, they depend on your starting point, your effort, and your consistency. If someone’s promising you six-pack abs in six weeks, they’re selling you fairy dust. We’re here for real, lasting results, not crash-course nonsense.
What happens after the 42 days?
You can keep going with your new healthy habits or Many women roll my next-level programs, The Ultimate Reboot Method, if you want to dig deeper and keep the momentum rolling or continue with ongoing coaching. You’ll have a plan to maintain, and keep building on, your results.

What if I hate exercise?
I’m not here to turn you into a gym rat, I’m here to help you find moves that make you feel strong, capable, and maybe even… dare I say… enjoy it a little.
Can I still eat carbs?
Absolutely. This is not a bread-banishing cult. You’ll learn how to balance your meals so carbs, protein, and fats work with your body, not against it.
What if I have a vacation, event, or life chaos during the program?
Life doesn’t pause for fitness programs, and neither should your progress. I’ll show you how to adapt, adjust, and keep moving forward even if your schedule isn’t perfect. A set of resistance bands are light weight, compact and versatile, just toss them in your bag, and you are good to go, you can sneak in a workout anywhere from a hotel room to your in-laws backyard. And don't forget you have your time crunch workouts which you can do with just your body weight
