This is NOT an all-star team. We do not recruit athletes so we can look good. We build young people so they can be great athletes and even better people.

This is a great place to explore new events and find your hidden talents.

CIT focuses on strong fundamentals and long term growth of the athlete. This is how we cultivate a love for the sport that makes for a long successful career.

FUN - Success and growth are fun and that is what sports should be about. Will it be hard at times? YES!!! It will also be fun as your athletes accomplishes new goals and gains the confidence to continue to reach for more.

Sessions

SUMMER SEASON

  • 5-7 Track Meets
  • Practice 4 nights per week
  • All Event Areas Covered
  • All skill levels welcome

SCHEDULE

  • Late May - July
  • Mon-Thurs practice

SCHEDULE

  • 2 Days per week for 45 minutes plus home individual home workouts
  • Limited to 12 athletes per time slot
  • Small Group Strength Sessions
  • Mobility Programming for injury prevention
  • Individualized programming for weak areas.

fall CONDITIONING

SCHEDULE

  • 2 sessions per week starting First week of November - Mid January.
  • Speed and Pre Season conditioning
  • Indoor Meet opportunities
  • Running Events only
  • Practice Indoors at the Shirk Center
