Weekly Checklist of Healthy Habits

I’m a big believer in making lists to stay organized and I noticed a big pressure relief when I started using a checklist for my healthy habits.

I’m sure to do a few things every day and a few more during the week that I believe are important for my health such as exercising, drinking water, reading a book, tracking my nutrition, etc.
