2023 was probably the worst year of my life!

It was filled with setbacks financially mentally spiritually and emotionally.


My business came under attack.

My personal life came under attack.

My spiritual life came under attack!

My family life came under attack


….. and I was left wondering WHY?


After I went through a period of self pity I began to pray an ask God to show me what should I do in this season of my life.


He told me that I should work on me……I AM THE REASON FOR ALL OF MY PROBLEMS!

He also showed me that if I want to go to the next level I cannot continue to do what I did to get to this point in my life……..


I have to make a pivot in my mind .

I have to pivot my spiritual work. 

I have to pivot in my daily family activities.


in order to reach my goal and become a better version of myself I NEEDED TO CHANGE . .


In that pain and revelation is where the YEAR of CHANGE was born


.This is my year to totally commit to improve in myself in our areas of my life fitness has been a very easy thing for me it is a part of my DNA

.I also want to grow spiritually in my walk with Christ and so I am dedicating one day to a biblical reading .each day


 I wanted to grow mentally so I am dedicating 1 page of reading from the book “Pivot Year” and “Atomic Habits” each day


I will commit to journaling each day with my thoughts
