Passionate about health, I overcame yo-yo dieting, sugar addiction, prediabetes, G.I. issues, and eating disorders by adopting an ‘opt-in self-care model’ after a pivotal realization about the limitations of the traditional medical system.
Now, I help others take control of their health, manage life stressors, and achieve their wellness goals with personalized plans. Making a difference and transforming challenges into growth opportunities is my motivation every day.
