Squats are a foundational human movement — a movement we do every day, and when you have difficulties with this movement, you will feel it morning, noon and night. But they’re also a powerhouse when it comes to supporting healthy aging.

They help build lean muscle, prevent injuries in the back, hips, and knees, improve postural muscles, reflexes, and even pelvic floor strength (yep, we said it). Our glutes aren't just for jeans — they’re part of your longevity strategy, they boost metabolic function, support hormone health, immune health, heart health, even cognitive health will get a boost.

Research clearly demonstrates that as estrogen drops - pre-menopause and onwards, fat distribution shifts towards visceral fat (around the organs / belly), this increases metabolic disease - insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome, etc. Also, less muscle mass, aging and hormonal decline are each linked to a reduction in resting metabolic rate making weight management more difficult.

Studies have repeatedly shown that the sedentary lifestyle is associated with an alarming increase in odds for disease as you age. It is in fact referred to as the Sedentary Lifestyle Syndrome. The negative health consequences associated with prolonged inactivity and lack of movement include obesity, heart disease, vascular disease, type 2 diabetes, certain cancers, bone density loss, sarcopenia (muscle loss and weakness), depression, cognitive decline and increases the risk of all-cause mortality. Even small amounts (20-min) of moderate or vigorous activity (versus sitting) correlate with better heart health & significantly lower all‑cause mortality.

Not at all. This challenge is designed for you. The movements build strength, stability, and joint support — which are critical for aging & hormone-shifting bodies. You’ll improve insulin sensitivity, bone density, and muscle mass — the trifecta for women 40+. Every workout is modifiable, and we go over your form and circumstances during the movement assessment appointment. You also get guidance from me during my office hours for the entire 30-days, and I am here to help you make this the best experience for you.
What if I don’t have time every day?

I get it — you’ve got a full calendar and possibly a few full-grown humans depending on you. Most workouts are approximately 20 minutes and designed to layer onto real life. Miss a day? It happens. Just pick up where you left off. While this isn’t about perfection the real results only happen if you show up and build the momentum.

Can I do this if I have joint pain, past injuries, or chronic illness?

Absolutely. This challenge begins with a movement assessment where I will deliver movement education and modifications based on your specific needs. You also receive ongoing support in the private community group and during my office hours, never shame nor pressure. If you’re under a healthcare provider’s care, you’ll want to get cleared for moderate-to-intense exercise. But know this: smart, consistent movement is one of the best ways to reduce pain and reclaim your strength — and I’m here to help you do it safely.

I have a demanding job. What if I fall behind?

Then you fall behind, don't jump ahead skipping days, just get back up and pick up where you left off, boss-style. I’ve structured this challenge with real women in mind. You’ll also have access to me via office hours in our private group for any special course-correcting advice you may need.

What if I haven’t worked out in years?

You’re in the right place. This isn’t a bootcamp; it’s a strength reawakening. I’ll guide you, encourage you, and help you build a foundation you can grow from — no judgment, just results. Do I have to change my diet?

Not unless you want to — but I will send you bonus high-protein recipes to support building lean muscle. If you want to optimize fat loss, muscle tone, or energy, I offer private 1-on-1 nutrition coaching too. But no restrictions or food shaming here — just evidence-based support.

What happens if I have fallen behind and haven't finished after the 30 days?

Not to worry. You will continue to have access to all the challenge materials (the playbook, the workout schedule, the workouts with their videos) in your Success Center. So take the necessary time you need and repeat the 30-Day Challenge again and again, on your own or with future groups doing the challenge.
