How long is the program?
The 4 Week Jump Start Program is designed to give you noticeable results to your lifestyle in just four weeks.
No, the program is suitable for all fitness levels looking to make a lifestyle changes. This is a Habit Coaching program designed to educate and empower you to make lifestyle changes - guiding you towards more movement, better nutrition and better stress management.
Do I need any prior fitness experience?
We recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before starting any fitness program, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions.
Can I participate if I have any medical conditions?
What happens after the program?
After the four weeks are complete, you will continue to have access to your member portal and the resources from your program. We recommend you continue working on your newfound habits or join our nine-week Deeper Dive or Monthly Training & Coaching Membership Program for ongoing coaching and accountability.
