Meet Coach Brown

I'm Coach Brown, the proud creator of Adventure Fit. My love for fitness began with little league and grew through my basketball career in college, eventually leading me to a degree in physical and health education a career in the health club industry.


But I noticed something surprising - despite being surrounded by fitness, I was losing my own motivation, and I could see my clients experiencing the same. Then, I discovered my passion for adventure fitness when I participated in my first Spartan Race in 2012.
