Here’s why I care so deeply about helping women find peace in this area…
I’m Jasmine Kelly-Stephens, a holistic health and wellness coach helping Christian women entrepreneurs, professionals, and leaders find peace with food and their bodies through faith, compassion, and simple daily steps.
For over a decade, I’ve poured my heart into helping women grow healthier in body, mind, and spirit learning, teaching, and walking alongside them every step of the way. I’ve seen how easily smart, high-functioning women can fall into patterns of stress eating especially at night, when the world finally gets quiet.
During COVID, I found myself in that same space. I was working long hours, pouring myself into ministry and my business, staying up late, skipping meals, and then eating whatever was quick just to keep going. It felt like I was doing everything for everyone else while quietly losing touch with my own needs. But God used that season to slow me down and show me that freedom doesn’t come from more control. It comes from grace, awareness, and learning to care for the body God entrusted to you.
My approach is trauma-informed and faith-rooted. I believe freedom comes not from stricter rules but from healing the deeper emotional and spiritual roots of your struggle, with grace, not guilt.
