About Tye

Hi, I'm Tye. I train people who thought they couldn't be trained.


Most of my clients are women 50+, often caregivers or retired, who show up stiff, tired, or just unsure where to start. They don't want to be yelled at. They just want to feel like themselves again.


That's what we do here.


You don't need to "get in shape" before you start. You just need one good step in the right direction. We'll take it together.
