Meet Your COACH

My name is Coach Kyle and I have a passion for changing peoples lives in and out of the weight room.


As a kid who had always struggled with learning, bullying, and very low self esteem a group of men in Golds Gym took me under their wing and literally changed my life forever.


In 2004 I became a certified personal trainer to change peoples lives just how Bruce and many more changed mine. In 2009 I was awarded as an Honorary Fitness Interrogator from the US Army for work I did with an interrogation unit.


In 2013 my dream came true when I opened my first Personal Training Gym! In 2016 I like to say I became a man with the birth of my first daughter Hayley.
